This street food favourite across Asia will have you salivating before you even start the class. And that’s a promise.
In this class you will all learn to make, by hand, the dough for these famous buns. Kneading by hand and learning the technique to get them perfect. Whilst they are proving, we’ll work as a group to make our fillings. Three savoury buns and one sweet bun.
This class is 100% plant-based, and 100% delicious. Unfortunately, this class can’t be gluten free.
