Cooking Classes at Tzu Chi Community Centre

Tzu Chi Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental, humanitarian organization whose disaster relief efforts has had them providing shelter, food and medical support all over the world. Here in Brisbane, the Tzu Chi foundation has helped countless Queenslanders with flood relief, food and shelter for the homeless and medical supplies and treatment for the needy. 

Saucy Wench is proud to teach 4 classes at the Tzu Chi Community Centre, with the focus on fresh produce, and adhering to the tenets of Vegan Buddhism, cooking dishes that are vegan and without using anything from the allium family, onions, garlic, leeks etc.
