About the event

A traditional Chinese dumpling class presented by the talented Lisa from Saucy Wench!

We have partnered up with Wholesome Bellies - Brisbane's best plant-based cooking school. When you click on the ticket link, it will redirect you to the Wholesome Bellies page!

"In this class Lisa will so generously share with us her secret recipes for her vegan dumplings – savoury and sweet  Using 100% plant-based products, including all sauces you will be blown away with the flavour and ease of these dumpling recipes.

The Menu

  • Shitake mushroom dumplings and garlic chive pot-sticker dumplings
  • Sticky Rice & Water Chestnut Steamed Shu Mai
  • Onde-Onde sweet dumplings

The class is 100% plant-based and served with Saucy Wenchs’ incredible vegan sauces. Unfortunately this class can’t be modified for gluten-free. As a vegan establishment the use of nuts in our premises is high.  Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.

Please note tickets are not refundable, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets to a friend (a re-booking fee applies).

Whilst very rare, if we do not meet minimum ticket sales for our classes, they will be rescheduled, or an option for a refund will be provided."
