Lisa will guide you through the nation’s most beloved dishes with Malaysia's national dish Nasi Lemak at the heart of the menu.
In this class you’ll learn to prepare fragrant coconut rice, rich Beef Rendang, zesty Acar, crunchy Ikan Bilis with fried peanuts, and a bold, aromatic Malaysian Prawn Sambal.
Perfect for food lovers and adventurous cooks alike, this class offers an authentic taste of Malaysian home-style cooking—warm, generous, and unforgettable.
This is a hands on cooking class under the tuition of a professional chef. The class runs for 3.5 - 4 hours.
You will be working as part of a small team, cooking dishes that contribute to a shared meal.
