Saucy Wench Green Sambal
This Green Sambal is inspired by the mamak stalls of Malaysia with its curry leaves fried until aromatic and then added to fresh coriander, green chillies and onions. Spiced with black pepper, cumin and mustard seeds, this is a fantastic addition to lamb on the BBQ, in a beef curry with a bit of coconut milk or roasted with potatoes and then served with hummus or yoghurt. Winner of a silver medal at the Melbourne Royal Food Awards, get transported to the street food stalls of Malaysia with this sambal!
