This Satay Sauce of ours is ALWAYS the first to sell out at any market, food show, pop-up that we hold. Why? Because it is so incredibly delicious. Packed with Kingaroy peanuts and coconut cream, cooked with lots of aromatics just like my Malaysian grandmother did, this Satay Sauce is a labour of flavour and you can taste it in every bite.

Peanuts, coconut cream, onions, garlic, sugar, palm sugar, turmeric, ground coriander, curry powder (cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon, dried chilli, black peppercorns, coriander, cumin, fennel, aniseed, turmeric), dried chilli, lime juice, lemongrass, peanut oil, tamarind juice, salt.
