This agreement is between “You” (The customer) and “Saucy Wench” - ABN # 47 304 787 025.

Privacy

Payment for Goods
All items for sale in our online store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). After you have selected items for purchase, to complete the order you will enter the checkout process to pay for you order. Our checkout is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which encrypts your payment information to help protect details such as your credit card. The checkout process for payments by credit card  and PayPal is run using PayPal's facility which ensures high security when payments are being processed.

Your shopping cart will display the total cost for your order. Once you proceed to the next step of this process, you will be required to select your delivery option. Based on your location and the total cost of your order, there will be a charge for delivery that will also be applied. In this case, you will be clearly be notified of this cost before your payment is processed.

The payment methods accepted are Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. If there are any surcharges for specific types of credit cards, you will be notified before your payment is processed.

Uncollected Goods

Once a customer has paid for their goods, we will send a pick-up ready e-mail and a text (if a mobile number is supplied). If the customer fails to pick up their goods in the next 3 days, we will send a reminder. If the customer still does not pick up their goods, we will continue to send reminders. The goods will be available to be picked up by the customer for six (6) months from the order date. Once this term expires, the goods will return to being the property of Saucy Wench.

Empty Jar Return for Discount

We will only accept empty Saucy Wench jars. Jars which are returned need to be in good condition, with no chips or cracks. Unfortunately lids cannot be reused. Each acceptable jar will earn a AUD$0.20 discount on the customer's purchase. Discount on purchase must be redeemed immediately at the time of returning the empty jars. The maximum discount amount for return of jars is AUD$5.

Delivery
During the checkout process, you will be required to enter your address and contact details for your order to be delivered.

For home/workplace delivery, your address details will be provided to a external delivery company who will complete the delivery of your order. Please follow the link to ensure you are in an area the delivery company can deliver to within two days. Please ensure you have provided a phone number that is easily contactable (mobile phone) in the case there is a delivery enquiry. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address as our sauces can spoil under direct sunlight or in extremely hot conditions. If no one is present to receive the package you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Our Products
As we are in an industry where the products we offer are likely to vary in weight, please be aware that some variation on the stated weight is likely to occur. In the majority of cases we aim to provide the minimum weight that we have stated for the product. In the case where the product weight is significantly less to a weight that has been quoted, you will be notified and appropriate solution will be offered.

In the case that a product is not available, Saucy Wench reserve the right to cancel that component of your order and you will be notified with an alternative solution where possible.
