This might be the yummiest chicken you will ever eat today.
🍑 Saucy Wench Plum Sauce Chicken 🍑
Cut 1kg chicken thigh fillets into big chunks. Marinade with crushed garlic, white pepper, sugar, oyster sauce & soy sauce.
In a separate bowl, mix together half a jar of Saucy Wench Plum Sauce, 1 tbsp Saucy Wench Chilli Jam, 1 tbsp oyster sauce & half a cup of water.
Chop up one onion and 3 cloves garlic.
Dredge the marinaded chicken through some potato or corn flour and shallow fry until golden brown. Keep them warm as you fry them in batches.
Once the chicken is fried, drain away most of the oil, leaving one tbsp of oil behind.
Saute the onion and garlic in the oil until brown and caramelised. Add in the sauce mixture and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add in the chicken and make sure the sauce coats all of the chicken.
Garnish with chopped spring onion or chives and serve!
