Vegan, and also suitable for Buddhist Vegans (no onions, garlic, leek, chives or anything from the onion family), our Luo-Han dumpling has a delicious filling based on Luo-Han Jai, a Vegan celebration dish usually served during Chinese New Year. With glass noodles, tempeh, spinach and Nam Yue, fermented red tofu, this dumpling will bring a little bit of celebration to your everyday!

    These dumplings are availble for pickup from our Morningside office or for delivery 10km from Morningside. Please choose the "Dumplings" option for delivery.

    Shiitake mushrooms, tempeh, spinach, bean vermicelli, fermented bean curd, shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut oil, sugar, pepper, salt.

  • RECIPE

    These Dumplings are delicious pan-fried (see instructions on the box) or boiled. Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, add dumplings into the water. Once the water comes to the boil, add a cup of cold water. Let the water come to the boil again and then add another cup of cold water.  Bring to the boil once again, and then dish out the dumplings to be added to soup or eaten with Saucy Wench Chilli Oil.
