How to Cook
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to a nonstick fry pan (that has a lid) on a low
heat and place frozen dumplings in a single layer without crowding or
touching each other. Turn the heat to full and when they just start to sizzle, fill the fry pan with 2cm of hot water.
Cover the fry-pan and bring to the boil again.
Steam the dumplings until dry and a crust forms on the bottom of the
dumplings.
Remove from fry-pan and serve with Saucy Wench Chilli Oil or Chilli Jam,
or black vinegar and julienned ginger.Shipping Information
